# Contemporary Custom Home in Saugus, MA
[PREVIOUS PROJECT
](https://honoratocompany.com/portfolio/gut-renovation-somerville-ma-unit2)
[NEXT PROJECT
](https://honoratocompany.com/portfolio/full-home-remodel-newton-ma)
This large contemporary-style home holds a significant story as it emerged from the ashes of a devastating fire that destroyed the original structure. The home features a fully finished basement, providing ample space for family fun and entertainment. Understanding the limitations of the lot size, we focused on creating an open interior layout that could accommodate large gatherings.
To maximize outdoor enjoyment, we designed an expansive back deck spanning the length of the home, allowing the family to indulge in cookouts while enjoying city views. On the second floor, you'll find the primary living areas. Among them, a standout feature is the large Master Bathroom. It boasts a jetted tub and a walk-in shower, to offer our clients a luxurious retreat. The floor above, you'll discover a meticulously finished storage area, providing practical solutions for storing belongings and keeping the home organized.
Undoubtedly, the centerpiece of this remarkable home is the intricately designed front staircase. It serves as a striking architectural element, captivating the attention of all who enter and adding an elegant touch to the overall aesthetic. This large contemporary-style home is a testament to resilience and exceptional design.
Rising from the ashes, it stands as a testament to our dedication to craftsmanship and attention to detail. We take pride in creating spaces that are not only visually stunning but also reflect the needs and desires of our clients.
